We have a small business in Somerset NJ. Dan's Heating and Cooling was the vendor our GC used to do the install. We have had to call them for several service calls in the last 3 years. Their office staff is horrible. They are rude and very difficult to get the point across. Most of the calls do not get fixed on the first go. Some of the repeat visits have nothing to do with defective parts.
