I bought a vehicle under warranty. The vehicle has numerous problems. No one is trying to help me.
RED 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee, I financed this vehicle. Lots of damages and I am getting the run around from the dealership. I am still under warranty. I will be towing this vehicle back to the dealership because they don't want to pick this vehicle back up after they delivered the vehicle to my home. I have had this vehicle for about 3 weeks and it is smoking. I have a print out of damages from another car place. I do have all my documents.
I prefer to have the vehicle fixed since I have a list of things that are wrong with this vehicle. I went and had a diagnostic done on this vehicle and the car place stated that the vehicle needs lots of work. I am towing this vehicle back on 4/2/2019. I have to now pay approximately $120 or more to have it towed back to the dealership because I don't want to put more mileage on this vehicle since I am still under warranty. Please help me
I was not aware of the issue until today. After researching, I found out she actually brought her vehicle in on April 2nd and we addressed all her issues as you can see on the attached copy of the repair order, at no charge to ***. I have tried calling her and was unable to reach her, at this time from checking with our service department who took care of her along with not hearing from her since April 2nd. I believe she is all set.
