When you want to a company that stands behind their products, you couldn't do better than Percy's. NIne years ago (yes, that's 9 years) after they installed a home theatre system, the cable company created a problem. When I spoke to customer service, they let me know that they no longer handled installations BUT Brian came out anyway and fixed it - and there was no charge. Now that's customer service!
