Hired him to replace a light in the bathroom, add a floor sweep and caulk around my chimney. He quoted me $100. He caulked the chimney and did the floor sweep but I had the wrong light fixture. He said he could come back on Monday to finish the job as I was going to pick up the correct light over the weekend. Monday came, he couldn't come because he was staying a day extra on his weekend trip, fine no problem. Tuesday, he had a flat tire, Wed. still dealing with the tire, Thursday no response, Friday he said he was busy and would get to me Monday at this point I needed it fixed and had to find help elsewhere. I requested a refund of $40, which he agreed upon, days go by no refund, he responds by saying he ran out of checks, we contacted him again a few days later, still waiting on the checks now I get zero response. I would like the refund that he agreed upon.

I will send the refund. I do need the address again to send it to. In return it would be great if you removed your negative review from my business pages. It was not intentional that I didn't send it out I just get overwhelemed with work and I am a one man operation and I am always on the go, so again it was not intentional. I have been doing work in this area for a long time and you are my first bad review, now I have a woman I don't even know leaving bad reviews, so again it would be very helpful if you could remove your post on my google biz and yelp calling me a fraud and a scammer, I am in know way a fraud or a scammer and I am a respected member and very active in my community. I am a licensed and insured business and I do strive to keep people happy, in your case I didn't and I do apologize for that. As you can clearly see by my work and reviews that people respect the work I do. In conclusion I am truly sorry you had a bad experience with my company, and as soon as I get the address from either yourself or the Revdex.com I will get $40 to you. Thank you
