As soon as I received the complete message from Revdex.com I contacted Mrs. [redacted] immediately to set her mind at ease that we were going to continue to work on her home I can understand her concern when she received a letter from [redacted] mortgage that they were not going to release any...
more money I explained to her that regardless of [redacted] position we what finish the work The Same day we received the message I sent my roofer to take care of the problems with the roof Since then we have installed the facia and repaired the sun room We also have her screens ready to be installed Mrs. [redacted] knows that we have been very generous by not charging the deductible, and painting all the brick and not just a touch up as the insurance specify We also upgraded the screens facing the west side of the house which cost twice as much as normal screens The repairs for Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] have not cost them a dime I have the upmost respect for mr. and Mrs. [redacted] They are good people And I know that once we finish we will be friends and they will still give me a good reference
The problem was not with the workmomship but with the fencing materialwe are in the proses of removing all the fence and replacing it with a better material
I will reach out to our customer and we will make things right
