Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: After our last service visit the evaporator immediately froze over again, asking me to pay for something that was not actually fixed, like the previous visits.We essentially have had a non working freezer despite all their attempts to repair it. The defrost terminator has been replaced twice as you can see on the invoices and it has not resolved the problem either time. They are clearly replacing the wrong parts, as our freezer still is in non working condition as of today. (Picture of what it looks like today attached) Sincerely,[redacted]

Well, Tim T[redacted] told Mrs. [redacted] that he would give her a 6 month warranty on the last call, and all Viking parts are warrantied for a year.  Now, with that being said, Mrs. [redacted] never let us know that.   We stand behind our technician and work done.  Both Dan and Tim have spoken with her and explained to her all these issues were separate issues.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:  If you would have stopped yelling at me over the phone for even a minute and listened to me, you would have known it was not fixed. We also notified the collection company as well as you that it was not fixed.
