CUSTOMER SERVICE NIGHTMARE!!!! I ordered a dental light and mount from them, sent pictures and detailed dimensions of what I needed through numerous phone calls and emails. They sent an item that was completely wrong and has since ignored emails, phone calls, etc. The last time we got someone on the phone, they tried to say this item is something they don't carry anymore and because of that they will not let me return it. How ridiculous is that??!! I'm stuck with a $2500 item, still in the box, that I literally can't use because they sent the wrong item!! I bought this thing about a year ago and still no remedy despite numerous good-faith attempts. They also tried to tell me this was a "custom" order which makes a return difficult. However, the manufacturer of the items has confirmed that both of these items are standard production items and are commonly sold, thus negating any such claim. They sold me the wrong item plain and simple. Now, months and months later, they're still in the boxes and the company is trying to say it's my fault. I've never dealt with such from a "professional" company in my life. Clearly they're not the company they used to be if they're having to stick people for $2500.

Thank you for the letter dated November 30, 2018 regarding Dr. *** complaint ID. We had been contacted by Dr *** recently about returning a Cabinet Mounted Dental Light that was purchased and shipped on February 22, 2018. Dr. .*** had purchased the Cabinet Mounted Dental Light on January 3, 2018 and we received payment on January 11, 2018. The Cabinet Mounted Dental Light is not manufactured by Dansereau Health Products, Inc. we purchase the dental light from Belmont Dental and remarket it to the dentist. This Cabinet Mounted Dental Light is specifically designed by Belmont Dental to be installed on the Dental Cabinet manufactured by Belmont Dental. We had specifically advised Dr ***, verbally and in writing this was a requirement for proper installation. He had responded that he understood and even though is cabinets were not Belmont Cabinets he believed the Cabinet Mounted Dental Light could be installed on his current cabinets. Dansereau Dental had sent several E mails including this information as well as specifications and information about the mounting plate that would be supplied with the Cabinet Mounted Dental Light in order to have the proper installation. There were a few .E mails in and around March 21 - 22 regarding the installation of the Cabinet Mounted Dental Light that were received by our lead installation technician, Tom Hart. He advised Dr. *** in writing that the Cabinet Mounted Dental Light could only be installed on the cabinet and not in any other manner. we never received any request to return the Cabinet Mounted Dental Light until October 23, 2018, 7 months after the last contact. When we inquired as to why they wanted to return the Cabinet Mounted Dental Light we receive no explanation, they said " It was not working for us ", Unfortunately, if Dr. *** had contacted us with a reasonable request in a reasonable timeframe we may have been able to return the Cabinet Mounted Dental Light to Belmont, he may have incurred some restocking fees, but we would have been able to work out a solution. He has since made the unfortunate decision to take to social media to bring his position of this event our customers, and decision as he has now created a wall that has ended any possibility of an amicable settlement to this situation_ I have enclosed a copy of the invoice clearly indicating Dr. *** did receive what he ordered, Unfortunately, if Dr. *** had contacted us with a reasonable request in a reasonable timeframe we may have been able to return the Cabinet Mounted Dental Light to Belmont, he may have incurred some restocking fees, but we would have been able to work out a solution. Thank you for the most recent correspondence dated Dec. 11, 2018 as a response from Dr. ***, Complaint #***. I have reviewed his response and found our position to be correct in that he did order the Cabinet Mounted Dental Light ( indicated on the invoice we had forwarded ). We did also confirm that we had forwarded all the information regarding the requirements for installation as per the equipment ordered. Furthermore, we proved that we advised Dr. *** that the only method for required installation of the dental light was on the cabinet top and it was proprietary to a Belmont Dental Cabinet. On March 22, 2018 we received an E mail requesting suggestions as to how to install the Cabinet Mounted Dental Light as what he ordered and received was not installing on the cabinet he owned, not a Belmont Dental Cabinet. We returned an E mail advising him the only way to install the Cabinet Mounted Dental Light was on top of the Dental Cabinet. Dr. *** at that time made no request in writing or verbally that he ordered the wrong light and he needed to exchange it for a wall mounted dental light. This occurred on March 22, 2018, from this date we have no record of any correspondence or phone calls asking to return the Cabinet Mounted Dental Light, until Oct 16, 2018, when a request to speak to Tom Hart, one of our service sales technicians, was received. Tom Hart was not available as he was at an out of state installation. We received another call on Oct 23 2018, I took the call from Ariana, she requested to return the Cabinet Mounted Dental Light, with no explanation of why they wish to return the Cabinet Mounted Dental Light. I asked if there was a technical problem, was it not operating properly, believing that it had been installed and being used for the past 7 months. She did not offer any information as to why they wanted to return the light, I explained that it was beyond the return policy, but if repairs were needed we could assist. I asked for Dr. *** to call me so I can ascertain the complete situation. I never received any correspondence from Dr. ***. Our next contact with Dr. *** was on Nov 29, 2018 when he took to social media to disparage our business, I attempted to contact him via E mail to open discussions on how to help him with this situation, unfortunately I received very angry return E mails disaparaging Dansereau Health Products and their employees again. I made two attempts to open discussions and received two angry E mails and chose at that time to discontinue correspondence. I would have truly wished to help Dr. *** with his situation, but as he has taken to social media in an attempt to damage Dansereau Health Products reputation in the dental industry I ascertained at that time what he did is irreversible. Dr. *** placed a wall between Dansereau and himself that would prohibit any amicable solution we could have offered.

I am rejecting this response because:This response blows my mind. As per their own attached emails, photos of the cabinet SIDE were sent not the TOP. I did NOT order a top mount light. That is what they sent. They asked PRIOR to sending the unit if we had Belmont Cabinets and we said NO. This was in their own attachments! Furthermore, they refused to return the item prior to me posting about my legitimate terrible experience with them. Upon a receipt of an email from Mr Nelson, yes, I let him know what I thought. My "angry" email was AFTER he has already refused to do the right thing. ALL THEIR RESPONSES ARE LIES!!!!! I have never in my life dealt with such bold lies from a "professional" company. They're trying to now say they stopped any negotiations due to my ticked off emails that were sent AFTER they repeatedly refused to acknowledge they sent the WRONG ITEM. Yes, I tried everything to make it work after months of being ignored yet that is my fault? Seriously? Shame on you.
