Dansey George A Inc

On June 25th, 2012 I had Dansey Inc come out to look at my broken air conditioning unit. It was agreed upon that I would pay $79 for the diagnostic fee and whatever the MAIN cause of the problem was. When the gentleman came out to my house to inspect my air conditioning unit he told me right off the bat what the problem was/would be then he went and fixed the problem. After fixing the AC Unit he came to the front door and rang the door bell which at this time me and my daughter were standing there and muttered he was done and he headed on his way. When I later received the bill it had charges on there that I had NEVER agreed to. We have 2 air conditioning units and the service call was for only ONE OF THEM. The service man took it upon HIMSELF to service my other air conditioner unit WITHOUT my consent or knowledge. I find it EXTREMELY inappropriate and unprofessional that it was NEVER asked nor brought to my attention at any point of the service call. WHY should I have to pay for what he took upon himself to do without my knowing? My bill would have been $189 BUT due to his inappropriate actions we now have an extra $350 added to my bill bringing it to $539.00 HOW is this is in anyway a good way to run a business? Wouldn't we have something to say if we took our car to the shop and without our consent fixed or replaced every part on the vehicle without the owners knowledge and then EXPECT THEM TO PAY? That is exactly what they have done to us and I really want something done about the inappropriate actions taken. They NEVER had ANY permission to touch our other air conditioning unit so that in it's self needs to be addressed. We aren't just talking about an extra $20 charge its $350 and I think it is UNACCEPTABLE that the owner did NOTHING to accommodate us on his own he just told me "we have billing" I DON'T NEED BILLING I CAN AFFORD THE BILL THANK YOU VERY MUCH, WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO PAY FOR YOUR SERVICE GUYS DOINGS. I NEVER ASKED FOR THAT TO BE DONE NOR WAS I TOLD I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
