Hello, I read the response letter from the company. How general and vague! They are lying when they say I was placed on hold and hung up! The reason I hung up was because I was sick of being spoken to like a child. The reps last words to me were "Well, I'm not exactly sure what you want me to do." Anyway, you tell give me a list of names of people who use oven mitts to take a plate out of the microwave that's been in there for 1 minute! You shouldn't have to! That is my point. They should not say their product is "microwave safe" when CLEARLY, it is NOT!

Review: I purchased a set of Dansk Pajaro dishes a couple weeks ago. The first time I used one of the "Microwave safe" dishes in the microwave, it got so hot that when I took it out, my finger was burnt so badly it blistered! Then my husband used one of the plates in the microwave last night and the bottom of the plate got so extremely hot that in the spot on the sofa where he had set the plate, there was an actual ring melted into our sofa fabric! I am beyond livid that when I called Dansk today, the rep that I spoke to was rude, and very unhelpful! Not even once was an apology offered! I wasn't sure what else to do hense my complaint to you! I hope you are able to help! Thank you!PS: I do have photos of my ruined sofa!Desired Settlement: Well, my sofa is completely ruined because of their dishes! I would like something to happen about that!
