Good Morning, I spoke to [redacted] (aka ***) this morning and offered to exchange her shoes She was given a return authorization # ( [redacted] ) to return her ill-fitting shoes and Dansko will exchange for the Pro XP White in size upon receipt of the Ingrid White (or she can provide tracking of the returned shoes and we will place an order immediately) She has my email [redacted] should she have further questions Outcome of call was pleasant and customer satisfied

I purchased Dansko clogs and rolled my ankle several times Initially, I thought I was just walking too fast or something, but when I finally seriously sprained my ankle, I searched the internet to discover this was actually a very common problem due to a lack of heel support Apparently, Danko used to be a quality brand but has changed manufacturers I emailed the company, and someone named Heather has been giving me the runaround for months (even though I sent the shoes back as instructed, at my own expense) I will never purchase Dansko shoes again

Review: I purchased a pair of clogs and I work in a hospital and alcohol was spilled and the clor and fabric of my shoe is damaged and I was not told that this could be a issue. I informed the sales person that I was a nurse and I was not informed that this shoe could damaged by my working environment or I would'nt have purchased these for work or I wouldn't have worn this if I decided to purchase to work where I know these accidents can occurDesired Settlement: I would like a store credit for the purchase amount so that I may get another pair

Good Morning,

I called [redacted] directly and listended to her complaint. The store would not exchange the shoes because she spilled alcohol on them at work.

Dansko is taking the shoes back from her and replacing them with another pair as a 1x courtesy since this is not a manufacturers defect. Return authorization issued by Dansko is [redacted] -[redacted]. Once we receive her shoes back, a new pair will be mailed to her.

Final outcome - Happy customer.

Review: On July 22 around 330pm I contacted Dansko customer service and spoke with [redacted]. I went on to tell her about my issue with the Dansko shoe I purchased and how I have a high arch and it has bruised the top of both of my feet. I told her that I have worn them for a couple of months to "break them in" and still I have the same problem. She accused me of calling "just now" and speaking with another lady. She was very rude and went on to tell me since it is not a "manufacture defect" that I should take it back to store where I got them from. I had already told her the store refused to take them back because they had been worn.

She was very rude and accusatory towards me. I told her I did not spend $150 to just waste down the drain and that a coworker suggested the XP shoes. I went to [redacted]'s and tried on the XP shoes size 38 and they feel much better on my feet.

She told me she was going to contact first uniform and call me back and I have yet to hear from her. I am very disappointed with Dansko and their customer service! I have many other style shoes from them (mostly [redacted]) and am having regret about spending money on them with Dansko being so rude to their customer and above all else accusing me of calling.Desired Settlement: I would like an exchange from the 38 white Ingrid shoes I have now to white size 38 XP shoes. Preferably speedy shipping as well as I have lost all trust in hearing back from Dansko when [redacted] had promised a call back today.
