[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] I was told by the lady there was nothing she could do and no money would be refunded. As far as I'm concerned this matter is done. I didn't expect them to refund my money. I didn't say there was an emergency I said I changed my mind and wasn't staying there.
