I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.On contract there was not a completion date; however, Dant advised us at time of signing contract that he would have it done by the holidays. Given that the date of signing was early December, we took "holidays" to mean Christmas or New Year's since it was three weeks away. Dant failed to remain in contact with us. Almost every correspondence was initiated by us. Since, filing this complaint, Dant tried to negotiate the price in an attempt to keep us from filing a complaint and/or pursuing further legal action. Dant returned 30% of our deposit and sent us an invoice showing us that travel time and a consultation fee (in addition to other fees) were being included in the labor hours. He also charged us for the egress window that was ordered after we advised him that his failure to complete the job in a timely manner resulted in him breaching the contract. We are not satisfied with this and are considering further legal actions.

I tried to negotiate a settlement agreeable to both parties the last being1/2 the original price on to finish by april 30 2017 these negotiations were unsuccesfull . On April 24   I requested address to send a time and material invoice to the [redacted]s via certified letter.
