Please show that you have accounts via invoiceI charge by the number of accounts which at the time was $per accountIf you paid $in which you stated in your initial complaint that means you had accounts 16x50=If in fact you had accounts your total would have been $not $800(again what you stated)You are NOW stating and admitting that Mr.McKay paid $of that and that accounts (that total to $400) were in fact deletedSo is this dispute over $50,$800,or $400? Again this is a form of harassment from MsJones because MrMcKay IS NOT requesting a refund for $and services were properly rendered according to contract

Katinka *** had accounts not and out of those of the accounts were successfully deletedMs*** was denied a refund because she only rendered partial payment the initial payment came for her boyfriend that she is no longer with Mr***I expressed to him and asked if he wanted a
refund and he said that due to the majority of the file being complete their was no need for thatI have been harassed and threatened by Ms*** and at this point it's beyond the business dealingsThe contract she signed CLEARLY states that a refund is ONLY issued if NO accounts are removedShe has admitted in this complaint that accounts have been removed but she is unsure about the remaining accounts that did get removed due to me refusing to communicate with her after she made several threats to me and my business in which I have police reports and voicemails to proveI continued working on her file but chose to do so through her boyfriend at the time because he is way more civil then Ms*** This complaint is and just an additional means for Ms*** to harass me

I am rejecting this response because: If MsGabriel ***would READ before respondingShe can see that I said that I started out with accounts, in which I paid her, for I've stated that numerous of times! I still currently have 14, in which that makes senseI'm giving her the benefit of the doubtBecause if she's stating she got off and I still have accountsWho's not doing their mathCorrectly?!? Her constantly bringing up what my kids fatherpaid for, is irrelevantHe gave me the money for Mother's DayI then gave it to Mrs ***, to pay off my accountHer stating to that her and Mr*** making decisions on my accountlike he has a say so! This situation is way out of control and if it's not handled properlyI'm taking her and Mr*** to small claims courtShe knows that she hasn't even attempted to finish working on my accountTruth be toldIf she would've looked into it, she would have saw that what Mr.McKay gave her in reference to me (paper work) were duplicates of what she already had

Please show that you have 24 accounts via invoice. I charge by the number of accounts which at the time was $50 per account. If you paid $800 in which you stated in your initial  complaint that means you had 16 accounts 16x50=800. If in fact you had 24 accounts your total would have been $1200 not $800(again what you stated). You are NOW stating and admitting that Mr.McKay paid $350 of that and that 8 accounts (that total to $400) were in fact deleted. So is this dispute over $50,$800,or $400? Again this is a form of harassment from Ms. Jones because Mr. McKay IS NOT requesting a refund for $350 and services were properly rendered according to contract.
