On February 26, my office manager submitted a support ticket to E-MDs letting them know that our fax service, which is part of the service they are to provide, was not working properlyWe are not receiving all faxes and the faxes we send are received multiple times by the recipientThe inability to send and receive faxes properly prohibits my office to operate efficiently on a daily basis and we have not been able to use the service efficiently for nearly monthsBeing a physician, I cannot express how utterly important it is that I rece
