I am rejecting this response because: Its states nothing to fixing the problemI have called the office twice and Im still getting a billI have also have several people tell me they were treated the same wayTold they need procedures that they dont needEvery person is told they need a deep cleaning that walks inThey are ripping people off and their insurance companiesI can provide almost a hundred complaints to thisIt will only allow to upload of pages of complaints about this office officeThey should not be allowed to take advantage of people like thisPreforming unneeded procedures on adults and children

I'm reaching out to inform you that my repairs have been completed. I still have the issue of my rent being adjusted but I know they won't do it so I'm not going to waste my time and energy anymore with this. My complaint can be closed at this time. Thank you.[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: Its states nothing to fixing the problem. I have called the office twice and Im still getting a bill. I have also have several people tell me they were treated the same way. Told they need procedures that they dont need. Every person is told they need a deep cleaning that walks in. They are ripping people off and their insurance companies. I can provide almost a hundred complaints to this. It will only allow to upload 5 of 23 pages of complaints about this office office. They should not be allowed to take advantage of people like this. Preforming unneeded procedures on adults and children.
