Danville Family Practice

Review: The staff at Danville Family Practice are without a doubt one of the most unprofessional, rude, and unskilled team of people that I have ever seen. The building itself is outdated, dirty and extremely unorganized. The doctor himself, walked into the exam room, didn't introduce himself, didn't say two words to me during the entire exam. He proceeded to roll his eyes at my mother when she said hello, and was very ignorant during our visit. The women at the receptionist desk are incompetent, and can't perform simple task. Such as printing out the correct paper, or making sure that the dates are correct on all the forms. I don't understand how such a small, empty basement could be considered a medical facility, and would be ashamed to be treated their. I am incredibly appalled at the mannerisms and the way that the nurses and assistants acted. I went their to be cleared for an aviation clearance. They tested my hearing by covering up their mouth 6 feet away instead of doing it the right way, they chose the easy and simple way out. The vision machine was at least 30 years old, and the EKG machine was at least 20 years old as well. The women didn't know the difference between the clearances, and really weren't familiar with what they were clearing me for. I can't express how awful of a doctors office they are, and truly warn anyone to not even go their for an emergency. Spend the extra 20 minutes and drive to [redacted] to be treated with professional and reassuring medical help.Desired Settlement: Because I wasn't a patient at Danville Family Practice, I had to fax my medical records from my doctors office, for the doctor to review. He had to review them because he needed to make sure I didn't have any outstanding medical conditions that would compromise me flying. He charged me $50, because he had to look through a lot of paperwork with me? I don't understand how/why he'd charge me for his time, being that I have NO medical issues, and have had NO major surgeries?
