Review: On 2/**/14 I went purchase a twin/full bunk bed at Dinette Plus. A sales person by the name of [redacted] help me when I purchase the bunk bed. I paid $630.00 only for the bed frame with my bank card. [redacted] said to me that I would have bed frame delivered on 3/*/14. The day was approaching and I didn't received a phone call confirming the delivery so I called the. A person by the name of [redacted] answered he told me the bed was there at his store and he was just waiting for his delivery guy to put it in the truck, he said he was going to call me back to give me the exact time of my delivery. A day pass and he never call me back so I called him the next day. Again [redacted] answered the phone this time he said my bed was not there yet that it was still was in the warehouse in NJ. He said he was going to call me back to find out what was going on with my bed. The day of my the delivery passed and I had no bed at home. I had to reschedule my mattress delivery from sleepys. I call the store again, the same guy answered, I asked what was taking so long for my bed frame to be delivered his response this time was that I needed to speak to [redacted] because he sold me the bed. I ask to speak to the [redacted] said he was ( himself) . Another week pass never got a call from [redacted] nor [redacted]. I called again. [redacted] answered the call, Inow this time he told me the bed was backed order because the company who makes it is out of seas in Egypt, I said egypt what kind of bunk bed is this, I was very upset because it was a month and I has no bed. I request for my money back he said no because there is no refund. Since I paid with my bank card I call my bank a placed a dispute with them. I told them I was not disputing the fact that I purchase a bed but this guy did not give my merchandise that I paid for and he did not want to give my money back either. So I had no merchandise and was $630.00 less in my pocket. The bank told me they are going to do an investigation and in the mean time they where going to credited the $630.00 back to my account, which they did. After I received the money I purchase a bunked bed online which I receive three week after I purchase it. But on may *, 2014 I received a letter from my bank stating that on 5/**/14 they are going to be debiting my account $630.00. They send me a copy of the letter that [redacted] send to them stating that I cancel the order but he did not gave the full details of the fact. He told my bank he can't refund my money because there is no refund policy at his store, which I was never told. I called my bank and ask them what else can I do. They told me to appeal there decision based on that I never received the merchandise as promise. I am not disputing the fact that I purchase this bed on 2/**/14 but I never received the merchandise as promise and now this guy [redacted] wants to stay with my $630.00. I send my bank all the documents that I have. I was told by one of the fraud investigation unit supervisor that it can take the up to 90 days to make a conclusion. This situation is so overwhelming because I just wanted to be a bed from this place and it turned out to be a total nightmare.Desired Settlement: I'm a single mother of an eight year old son, I also take care of my mother who has [redacted]'s I work very hard to support my family. This person [redacted] and his business is very unprofessional. I'm just asking for him to release the funds back to my bank. I really don't want anything to with his business. I just want my money back.
