Review: Approxmiately 5/1/14, I met with [redacted] who provided me with pricing information on procedures facial injections & lyposuction. She was not able to provide a quote for the facial injections, (i.e. 'depends on how much you need.'), & scheduled the injections to occur approxmiately 5/15/14. She quoted the lyposuction procedure as $3400, & scheduled approximately September 2014. She took a $500.00 deposit down, that would go toward the lyposuction procedure; the transaction date for the deposit posted 5/5/14. Approximately 5/15/14, I went for my scheduled injection appointment/treatment. I saw [redacted] again & also saw [redacted], who would administer the injections. Prior to the treatment beginning,[redacted] came in to the patient room, with [redacted] present, at my request. It was at this time I asked her again how much the injection procedure would cost/ballpark. She answered the same way as before; 'depends on how much you need'. I explained to her that I had to ensure I had enough money, because I wasn't financing either procedure & there were no payment plans set up. i.e. payment in full was expected after each procedure. I further explained to her that I was also saving up for the lyposuction procedure scheduled for September. She stated in front of [redacted], that I shouldn't worry about the timing of the lyposuction procedure as she would work with me. She went on to say that she preferred I get everything I wanted done from the injection perspective & then work on the timing of the lyposuction procedure. I proceeded with the injection procedure with a $1,000.00 estimate; The transaction date for the injection procedure posted on 15 May 2014, in the amount of $1,200.00.5/19/14, I called [redacted]'s office; [redacted] was not available & so I left a message for her to call me & also told the secretary that I needed to cancel & move my September lyposuction appointment per conversation with [redacted].She called back & said I lost my initial $500 deposit for movingDesired Settlement: Refund the initial deposit of $500 (transaction date is 5/5/14)
