I talked to Donnie about the curbing, not my husband Donnie did tell me about being chased off but I didn't know about his rwith Mr [redacted] As for returning and speaking to my husband? My husband NEVER said that leaving the broken up concrete in shambles was satisfactory because he never talked to Donnie, and he never would have said that the broken concrete was okay and third, Donnie never did anything at all to the curbing for my husband to approve in the first place! These guys are not telling you the truth.I wrote you at least two notes and taped them to your door and never heard from you A minute phone call would have cleared all of this up and been done and over with, I would have known who to talk to, but you chose to ignore me so finally I got so frustrated the other day of being taken advantage of that I wrote to the Revdex.comLastly,I don't know whay you say "and NO willing to pay for new colored and upgraded full concrete border." It had to be new, the old curbing was irreparable The border I ordered was exactly what we had before, the 4x(their standard curbing, no upgrade) and the color is included in the cost, the cost is the same with or without the brown color, so this was the very cheapest one I could choose from I did not try to scam ANYONE out of money or to get a new, upgraded curb, I just wanted what was broken to be replaced.No, I do not want your money, but appreciate the offer Your explanation that it is not you I need to collect from it is [redacted] is helpful, I did not know how you did your business.I do apologize for coming off like I did, but my frustration level of promises from Donnie that never happened and you not responding to me AT ALL frustrated me But I hope we can put this behind us and move forward I would rather have good neighbors than bad concrete memories [redacted]
This complaint is regarding an issue from over three years agoWe are not a pool contracting company, but a consulting and design companyAs a result, homeowners are the general contractor, therefore, pay contractors directlyThe neighbors of individuals that submitted this complaint paid
the excavating company *** *** *** to dig the pool when the issue with the concrete curbing developedThe liability for repairs is the responsibility between homeowner who hired excavator and *** *** *** companySince location happened to be our own neighborhood, and as a reputable company, we paid Donnie $that he stated would be the cost for repairsHe discussed with MrSmith the repairs that were to be doneOn the day that he went to do the repairs, he was chased off the property by the house guest of the *** (the neighbors) who stated they were having a gathering and didn't want to be disturbed. On a separate occasion, Donnie was threatened by Jim Longtin and chose not to returnWhen we contacted Donnie after receiving this complaint this morning, he stated the MrS*** seemed satisfied with what he was able to doAs we discussed with all clients, we recommend contractors, but is their choice which contractors they want to useIf they happen to choice a company that we recommend, it doesn't make us responsibleSince we didn't hear anything in over two years, we figured the issue was settledWe attempted to do the neighborly thing and help, but are not responsibleWe are willing to pay $more then what was already paid to help issue, though not responsible, and NO willing to pay for new colored and upgraded full concrete border. If MrsS*** wants further funds, she will need to contact Joel O*** at ###-###-####, owner of *** *** ***
