*** Level II Background Check servicesThe sequence of events that occurred for this customer is not representative of our company or of the customer service we strive to provide to all of our applicants.We are sorry for all of the inconvenience and frustration that occurred for this customer in using our service and have taken the following steps to resolve this issue:Processed a refund in full for their accountThis refund was completed by DTIS accounting on 5/19/and a receipt has been sent via email to the customer.Are no charge submitting a copy of the fingerprints that were taken on 3/8/to the *** Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) for processingWe cannot guarantee that this set of fingerprints will be deemed classifiable by FDLE.Have deployed a redesigned and updated website to improve our process overallThis website automates what had previously been a manual process so we can prevent issues like what occurred for this customer from occurring in the future.As DTIS is committed to continually improving our services we will continue to review the details of this customer's situation with a goal of discovering better ways to help our customers.Please do not hesitate to contact us for any further information.
