I've read about the Revdex.com from "reviews," this experienced has completely changed my impression of the organization. I'm sure if you did not help me I would have never received that $40 back. Review: The issue I'm having with this business is that well over a month ago, my husband and Mr. [redacted] agreed to trim back our large hibiscus bush in the front of our house. My spouse foolishly pre-paid him $40. to do the job "at his convenience." After two weeks with no communication, I e-mailed the business to remind him. I got a response that he would be "sent out the following week" to take care of it. The following week, no show, no correspondence so I sent a text message as well as a voice mail to his phone. After a few days, still no answer. I sent two more e-mails on Aug 6th complaining this was no way to treat a customer. I never received an answer and Mr. [redacted] has to this date never showed up. Mr. [redacted] has done work for a good friend of ours on our block and he had also done previous work for us (although I was not completely satisfied with the results) so my husband trusted his "sales talk" of "wanting to make his customers happy" and promising to get the job done "right."Desired Settlement: At this point, since I've already had to deal with the bush becoming so overgrown to get someone else to help me, I'd just like to get my $40. back and warn other consumers of Mr. [redacted]' unreliability and untrustworthiness.
