Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I have reviewed the response by Darabosh Tax & Accounting and would also like to respondFirst, I would like to say that previous Revdex.com experiences are irrelevant to my displeasure with the results I received in this instanceSecond, prices were never discussed upon initial contactAny claim otherwise is a complete lieHad I known the cost would be so far above industry average I would have never gone there in the fist place The only discussion was a question and answer period as to what information should I provideI had been a customer of this establishment for approximately years and the previous pricing was very consistent with slight increases which is completely understandable from year to yearThe fact that more than one person prepared and/or reviewed my tax return and there were still mistakes The items that were inaccurate were(I hope I report this correctly, this was the list given to me by the professional who double checked the work): dividend income and capitol gain distributions were not reported(i am under the impression this does not affect refund but reporting this is suggested), schedule A mortgage insurance premiums was missing( I looked back and this WAS reported in years past but was left vacant this year), Wisconsin health insurance premium, and Wisconsin education creditAlso there was an extra "form" that did not need to be used since there was a place for "other income" on the first page of form instead of incorrectly assuming I own a business, which I do notI questioned at what price point they would have called me to let me know this service would be more expensive than anticipatedI could not get an answerOn top of it all, I was charged for e-filing which was never doneI did not attach a blank check with my paperwork The bottom line is $400+ was never authorized, regardless of accuracy Regards, [redacted]

normal; word-spacing: 0px; background-">I would like to reply to a complaint you received regarding my companyWhen the client contacted my office to inquire about our service for income tax preparation for he was informed of our prices for federal, state, electronic filing, and the fee per extra form necessary to file the returnThe reason for the price increase on his personal return from to was because the taxpayer had additional forms needed to file his returnIn discussing with him the results of his return he requested detail regarding the price increasedI explained it to him very thoroughly and reminded him of our previous conversation regarding how much the preparation of each additional form costsBecause he has been a client for numerous years and he has a young family, my office decided to lower the price by more than 20%Although we were not required to lower the price, the adjustment satisfied our personal obligation to customer serviceMyself, as well as the Enrolled Agent in my office, thoroughly looked over the return prior to it leaving our officeIt was fully and accurately completed per all of the source documents we were providedThis is the first Revdex.com complaint I personally have ever received in my years of service, it is also the first Revdex.com complaint Darabosh Tax & Accounting LLC has received in over years of serviceWe take great pride in the known excellent service we provide our clients

I have reviewed the response by Darabosh Tax & Accounting and would also like to respond. First, I would like to say that previous Revdex.com experiences are irrelevant to my displeasure with the results I received in this instance. Second, prices were never discussed upon initial contact. Any claim otherwise is a complete lie. Had I known the cost would be so far above industry average I would have never gone there in the fist place.  The only discussion was a question and answer period as to what information should I provide. I had been a customer of this establishment for approximately 10 years and the previous pricing was very consistent with slight increases which is completely understandable from year to year. The fact that more than one person prepared and/or reviewed my tax return and there were still 4 mistakes.  The items that were inaccurate were(I hope I report this correctly, this was the list given to me by the professional who double checked the work): dividend income and capitol gain distributions were not reported(i am under the impression this does not affect refund but reporting this is suggested), schedule A mortgage insurance premiums was missing( I looked back and this WAS reported in years past but was left vacant this year), Wisconsin health insurance premium, and Wisconsin education credit. Also there was an extra "form" that did not need to be used since there was a place for "other income" on the first page of form 1040 instead of incorrectly assuming I own a business, which I do not.
