I called Darby's Tire & Auto ServiceI made an appointment to have a front end alignmant performed on my vehicleWithin fifteen minutes of my arrival my vehicle was taken into the shop for the repair work to startThe repairs and the test drive was completed within an hourI was charged the price I was quoted; the service was great and everyone I talked with were professional and friendlyPositive experience and I will be taking my vehicle (s) back to them in the future

I have had automobile repairs done at Darby Tires and have always had a positive experience The owner has always given me a price quote that was reasonableHe explained what had to be done so that I understood the problem I have always found the owner to be honest and up-front!
I read the review that had negative connotations and all I can say is that the owner of Darby Tires isn't the kind of person to break or bend the rulesEither your vehicle passes or it doesn't

After going to Darby's Tire & Auto Service today, I will never go againThe gentleman was extremely rudeWhen providing any service, customers should be treated with respect even when it is not what the customer wants to hear or if you can not help themI went to have my car inspectedHe said with much attitude "Your tint is too dark" and walked awayI have no problem with being informed that he can not provide me with an inspection sticker for tint because it is too dark(Although I've had the same car for years, with tint from the dealership, that has passed inspection each year.) Also, today is very cloudy, dark, and wet outsideWas that taken into consideration? After I asked if he would inspect the remainder of the car, he said "you have a crack in the windshield" and continued to walk awayHe was very shortHe didn't seem to be having a good day
