Darby's Tire & Auto Service

About 2 years ago I took in my 1995 Camry to get my my timing belt replaced, and then last week they replaced the water pump and egr valve. Both times the mechanics performed quality work and their prices were better than everywhere else I looked. A very happy customer and I will definitely go back to Darby\'s again. Thank you!

After going to Darby's Tire & Auto Service today, I will never go again. The gentleman was extremely rude. When providing any service, customers should be treated with respect even when it is not what the customer wants to hear or if you can not help them. I went to have my car inspected. He said with much attitude "Your tint is too dark" and walked away. I have no problem with being informed that he can not provide me with an inspection sticker for tint because it is too dark. (Although I've had the same car for 3 years, with tint from the dealership, that has passed inspection each year.) Also, today is very cloudy, dark, and wet outside. Was that taken into consideration? After I asked if he would inspect the remainder of the car, he said "you have a crack in the windshield" and continued to walk away. He was very short. He didn't seem to be having a good day.

I have had automobile repairs done at Darby Tires and have always had a positive experience. The owner has always given me a price quote that was reasonable. He explained what had to be done so that I understood the problem. I have always found the owner to be honest and up-front!

I read the review that had negative connotations and all I can say is that the owner of Darby Tires isn't the kind of person to break or bend the rules. Either your vehicle passes or it doesn't.
