an alteration appointment for her on April 25th, 2017. At that time we took in the bust and let out the skirt 1” from the waist to the hip. We made a final fitting appointment on May 17, 2017. At that time we needed to let out the skirt as much as possible. After these alterations were done we sent out her gown to the cleaners. When it was returned to us we called her to try on and pick up her gown. She came in on June 6, 2017. Again it was tight at the hips. We then let out all the darts. She tried on the gown again to make sure it fit well. I snapped the 3 chandelier into place to make sure everything was fine. I excused myself for 5 mins when I returned I asked her if the gown was okay and if she was happy. She said yes, but there is purple under the arm on her gown. I looked at the gown and saw the purple came from the purple shirt she had on. I cleaned the purple off the gown and she was happy and took her gown home. I feel we did everything possible to make out bride happy. We let out the gown three times, redid beading, sent the gown to the cleaners, made sure all buttons were firmly attached.
