After multiple phone calls and emails about completing purchase paperwork at Darcars Honda of our leased CRV we had decided to purchase, and advance notice we were coming in to complete the transaction, nearly hours after being at the dealership and being "handled" by multiple staff, we were presented with a purchase contract that was $in excess of the residual purchase price in our original lease contract (the pre-agreed upon amount should we purchase the vehicle)Lots of bait and switch tactics with them, including them wanting us to pay a "disposition fee" (which is a the charge assessed if you DON'T buy the car at lease end- approx$for them to clean and resell car)Since we were purchasing the car at lease end, the "disposition fee" does not applyNor should they have tried to make $above the contracted lease purchase priceWe had emailed the dealer and made half dozen phone calls to verify everything in the past two weeks and NEVER was this $maever mentioned- not once- nor "disposition fee." I will be contacting regional manager to complain, as well as Revdex.com for these tacticsAfter wasting hours of our time, we left and will handle this elsewhere with a more reputable dealerAnd I fully intend to keep filing complaints up the chain with Honda until someone responds or takes action about the manner in which we were treated

Good afternoon ***, In response to Ms***, Darcars Honda and myself have set up an appointment for Wednesday 08/24/@ 10:00am with Ms*** *** to sit down with me and personally go over any and ALL concerns that she may haveI will follwith you after our meeting Wednesday
Also, I have been working with *** *** on resolving some Revdex.com complaints that where left unanswered under the previous regime (Honda of Bowie)As we continue to interact I hope the Revdex.com sees that Darcars Honda and myself take these complaints VERY seriously and will do the utmost to resolve these complaints in an above satisfactory standard.

Since we were purchasing the car at lease end, the "disposition fee" does not apply. Nor should they have tried to make $3000 above the contracted lease purchase price. We had emailed the dealer and made half dozen phone calls to verify everything in the past two weeks and NEVER was this $3000 mark-up ever mentioned- not once- nor "disposition fee." In October 2015, I traded in a vehicle and purchased a new car from Honda of Bowie. The dealership did not process the transfer of tags or register the new vehicle which resulted in a MVA violation. To clear the issue, I made multiple phone calls to the dealership, had to go to the MVA office to show me bill of sale with vehicle trade in and transfer information, and visit the dealership two times. I spent many hours to resolve this issue that could have been avoided if the dealership had filed the paperwork timely with the MVA. No apologies or explanations were offered by the sales manager or the finance manager. Phone calls were not returned.
