Because the curb rash on the front of the bumper was not disclosed to me upon my selection of the vehicle The dealer knew the scratches were there and said nothing about it[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved]

Good afternoon,I spoke with [redacted] in regards to your concern. He was confused when he heard that you were concerned with the minor cosmetic damage on your pre-owned car. He stated that you and the salesperson went to one of our sister dealerships where you inspected the vehicle...

and drove it back to our dealership to purchase. At that time he remembers you saying something about the scratches and he stated that you all discussed the touch up that was already done. He agreed to have it buffed but no mention of anymore touch up. He did pay 101.00 to have this done. I checked the history. Looks like you purchased on 6/9/15 and brought it back in 6/15/15 for the buff job as agreed at the time of purchase. At this time, we will not be assisting in the repairs or any refunds. Thank you.

because they were so busy bleeding me for cash money and altogether I paid $3,700 for the downpayment,  and at the time they did not disclose the curb rash on the front bumper of the vehicle as which had been discovered by me, and the insurance,  person from [redacted].  After the buff wore off, the scratches became more visible, and I noticed the curb rash shortly after that.
What [redacted] considers a minor cosmetic, I consider something that distracts from the beauty of the vehilce, who wants to buy a banged up vehcile.  Noone buys anything knowingly with prior damage.
If [redacted] felt that the scratches were minor and cosmetic which he did or I believe the terminology came from the insurance Company, then why did he attempt to buff them out and why did he fail to disclose the curb rash on the front of the bumper.
For $3,600 downpayment I feel I deserve better.  I can produce my bank records to show the ATM withdrawal for the $100.00 buff, as he did not pay for it.
