Hello, She provided us fake/ false pay stubs and when the rep from Our Leading institution completed his interview only to find out that business address provided is a home address and no one at the business makes or is near her pay stubsShe makes about $a month. We had
every right to contact local authorities and turn her in but I choose not to and took the high road. On top of all this , we have a car with near extra miles ....Regardless, I have requested a full refund check to be mailed to her.

Mr. Robert C[redacted],

After speaking with your yesterday, I called a few Consumer attorney's and I went to three local dealerships about my situation with DARCARS. They all told me to speak directly to you as the General Manager, turn the car in, and ask to be compensated as such.

I appreciated you calling me back on Monday (July 28, 2014 )evening after you pulled my original paperwork on my car purch[redacted] in August 2013. However, as I mentioned yesterday, I've been trying to return this car to you from day one. I came back to your dealership the very next day to get my trade (a 2007 [redacted]) and to give you back your 2007 [redacted] which I knew had been in an accident since it 'shook' around 40 miles per hour which should not be the norm for this type of elite SUV.

In August 2013, I vividly remember asking you if this car had been in an accident and you told me "No" which is not true since the [redacted] (which I have in my hands now) clearly says that it was in an accident in July 2013 and I bought the car in August 2013. How could you sell me a car for over $14,000 knowing that it had been in an accident. This information WAS NOT disclosed to me and this was a very dishonest thing to do.

And now being totally shocked to learn from [redacted] (who offered me as much as $7,000) for the [redacted] and 2 other large dealerships in [redacted], VA now know that this car is considered 'no value to them' due to the odometer rollback and the accident discrepancy.

I'm not going to go on and on here. All I want from DARCARS to be compensated for this total mistrust for your dealership. I want you to make this situation right for me. With that said, there are four things that I need for you to do, see below:

1) Pay the [redacted] off in full with [redacted] with an estimated payoff for today at $12,087.15.

2) Cut a check for all my [redacted] payments to [redacted] = $4,224,60

3) Including my [redacted] payments of $110 for 11 months = $1,330

4) Including my Gap insurance payment of $1,000

TOTAL $6,554.60

In closing, I will see you tomorrow. If we can not agree to this then I have no choice but to seek legal action. Thank you for your time in resolving this 11 month ordeal for me.

I really need to hear back from you. I am trying to return the [redacted] which is what I've been trying to do from day one. I am not hear to make trouble for you or the dealership. I want the money that I have put into the SUV. I need DARCARS to make this situation right for me. I am a mother who works way too hard for her money to be thrown away on a car that is not even worth half of what you charged me. Granted, you deceived me on the purch[redacted] and now I jus want to make it right for me and my family. Thanks for your reply.

You were very upset with me yesterday (7/30/2014) so I need you to ple[redacted] prepare a copy of my car purch[redacted] paperwork from August 2013 and to leave it at the front desk. You accused me of giving your dealership a bad name which is not what I'm doing at all. With that said, I will be by tomorrow August 1, 2014 by 9 pm to pick up the documentation. If you can not accommodate this request, ple[redacted] let me know. I will your dealership before I make a trip from Ashburn. Thanks for your cooperation.

I called [redacted] and told a representative that I am currently working with you and your Team (including Ms. Rose B[redacted]) to hopefully resolve my car woes here. I really do not want to have to make any more payments on this SUV if I don't have to. The car note is expensive enough, as well as, the insurance. Ple[redacted] send me feedback as soon as you can. Thanks.Desired Settlement: I bought this car in August 2013. I knew that the car had been in an accident (after I asked Mr. C[redacted] and he told me no which was a lie) so I tried to return the car the very next day after purchasing it. I wasted an entire year of making almso $500 a month payments on this car until recently I traded it up and I still lost $6K on the trade again plus insurance payments. DARCARs should be ashamed of themselves for lying to me, hiding me car so that I could not return their accident car where the odometer had also been turned back a few time (which I thought was illegal), and just being a poor representation of an honest business in [redacted] County.

I would appreciate all of my money back on this bad deal. I will accept $12,000. I orignially paid around $14,800 for the car. The [redacted] which I don't recall seeing but Mr. C[redacted] and DARCARS corporate claim I signed it so that's why they would not do anything for me. I tried to trade this car to other big dealers but they told me that it was a hot car due to the odometer roll back. All of this could have been avoided if DARCARS would have just given me back my 2007 [redacted] for the [redacted] - one day after purch[redacted]. But no, they had to play games, lie to me, waste my time and money and now I've decided to report their under handed dealings as a reputable company. They are a joke to me.

Review: Talked to [redacted] , June 9, 2014 about buying a 2O14 [redacted]. Told him him I would be there this morning at 9:00 Am to get the truck. When my son called the dealership at 9:08 this morning, [redacted] was not in and wasn't due until 10:00 am. When we got to the dealership at 9:40 we found out the Truck was sold. The general manager that was there working this morning was extremely rude and was in no way helpful. He told us that he does business like this all the time. Which is bad business to me and my son. We had a deal with [redacted], who is also a sale manager. We left the dealership and [redacted] has not called either me or my son.

This truck was for my son, who also spoke to someone yesterday about putting a deposit down. Unfortunately [redacted] did not get his name but the man told him the truck would be there and a deposit wasn't necessary. I did however talk to [redacted] and he told me the truck would be there.Desired Settlement: A letter stating they are changing store policy would be nice, however used car dealerships and used car salesman have never been known for their honesty.
