Good afternoon,
I have reviewed the customers concernsThis vehicle was a trade in from another one of our customersThere was no mention of any accidents or damageWhen we pulled the CARFAX there was not damage reportedI had our General Manager pull the CARFAX again on
Friday and still not damage showing as reportedThis vehicle did pass Maryland State InspectionThe vehicle was brought in for other concerns which was covered under warranty
As I understand it, the customer has filed for arbitration through NissanI am not sure of the outcome
DARCARS would be happy to work with the customer to come to a fair resolution but please keep in mind the customer has driven the car for over months and has put approximately miles on it since purchasePlease let me know the customers thoughtsThank you - Jammie D***

Review: I took my 2012 Nissan rogue to the service department for the key to be programmed to the car, when I got there I was told that my ECM was bad and it needed to be replaced before the key can be program. after the ECM was replaced they where unable to program the key still, and I was also told that the BCM will need to be replaced, which they did and still they where unable to program the key, then I was told to come pick up my car because they have tried every thing and will not work, and a bill of $1900 was charge, which I paid in full (cash). when I got home I realize that they also charge me extra for the key program that they never did. I called to speck to [redacted] who is the SERVICE manager, but he was not ready to even talk to me at all, he told me that's what they charge and there is nothing I can do about it, and I should go to the [redacted] county Police or get a lawyer.

All I asked [redacted] the service Manager is to refund me the money I was charge for key programming which is $235

However I took my truck to another dealership and they successfully program the key and the car with no issue.Desired Settlement: I want my money back for $235

Review: We recently purchased a vehicle from Darcars Nissan of College Park, about a week after the purchase we had to take it in for service. A list of issues, horn would not work, an oil leak, a light on the dash board came on while driving the vehicle home from the dealer. We got the vehicle back, the horn still did not work and as of today this will be the 4th time taking it in for the oil leak. While taking a few things out of the vehicle I was approached by a woman who also purchased a vehicle from this dealer, she asked me what I was there for. She proceeded to tell me that she had been there for the same problem (not the same as mine) over and over again. I think this dealership does not fix the proble** but put on paperwork that they do!! This vehicle is for my son and we bought this vehicle thinking it was a safe truck... Now I hate him driving it because I feel that it is not safe! It is one problem after another which they seem ready to fix each time. But we have to go through the disappointment and frustration of getting the car back with the proble** not fixed and having another unrelated issue come up..Desired Settlement: We would like a peaceful resolution. Due to the reputation that they have made for the**elves we feel trapped and scared that we will always have proble** with the vehicle. With that being said, we feel that we should get a refund!!

[redacted] purchased a 2007 Nissan Xterra for his grandson.

They had to return the vehicle for repairs.

On December 5, 2013, I worked with **. [redacted]. His grandson was able to jump start the vehicle. When it arrived we found oil leaking from the oil filter. We replaced the oil filter and kept the vehicle overnight to make sure that it will start. On 12/6 – there was no sign of a leak and the vehicle started each time we tested it. We washed the vehicle and filled it with gas.

We have to bring the vehicle back in again!!! The more I talk to people the more I here about people having the same problem as we are, with the same dealership.
