Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:
When I received my car I found out that the car had some scratch
due to parking the car closer to other carsAlso it was missing part in the
driver mirror and the roof was about to come offThis is a new car and I
should not have to go every week to fix it I should get replacement since this
car had the same issue times with the thermostat and the Air condition
Regards,

Review: I purchased a used car from Waldorf Chrysler Jeep. I also purchased an extended warranty with the car, and traded in my old car. The warranty was provided by [redacted]. I submitted, and was approved for, financing through [redacted]. My credit score was 810. I financed the car and the warranty as one package. All agreements, including the extended service contract, were signed. I took delivery of the car. I received information from both [redacted] and [redacted] that I was processed into their systems and my accounts set up successfully. Three weeks later I received a call from the dealership telling me that they had mis-priced the extended warranty. They said that instead of the $3500 I paid for the warranty, it should have been $19,500. They said I would have to pay the difference if I wanted to keep the warranty or change to a different term. I told them we had a contract and I was not interested in changing it. They said they would cancel the warranty. I told them they could not do that. They cited a document in the sales package, called a Special Delivery Agreement, that allows them to cancel the warranty. I referenced the Special Delivery Agreement and read it to them. It contains a paragraph that states "If Seller does not receive approval from a financial source for assignment of the Contract on terms acceptable to Seller, Buyer agrees that upon notice from Seller, Buyer shall return the vehicle in good condition without excess mileage and the sales transaction may be rescinded." I informed them that financing has been successfully arranged with [redacted] and if they had some other basis to support what they wanted, they should send it to me in writing. I also informed them that even if there was some basis for me returning the car to them, they would also have to return the car I traded-in to me. They said they did not have my car any more. I told them it looks like they have not a leg to stand on. I was told they would check their documents and get back to me. I then received, in the mail, a Notice of Adverse Action from the dealership. This document is used to notify a prospective buyer when a bad credit report is received that prevents the dealer from getting acceptable financing. This document states my credit score was 810. I also received more phone calls from the dealership trying to get me to cancel the agreement and opt for a different agreement. I wrote and sent a letter to the dealership telling them that they were harassing me, unjustly trying to discredit me and they must stop. I also told them I would file a complaint with the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: I want them to stop trying to cancel the legitimate extended warranty agreement I have, and stop harassing me about doing so. I want a letter of apology regarding the Notice of Adverse Action, which states that there was no basis for it in the first place.

Response:

Dear [redacted],

Please allow me to apologize for my delayed response.

We worked to resolve this concern with the Vehicle Service Agreement.

We were able to obtain a Vehicle Service Agreement that [redacted] is happy with.

Can you please update this case

Thank you.
