In response to this complaint, MrK states that I had a glitch with my online ordering portal, which is correct and is now resolved To be honest, I have not in years received an order through that portal, my clients have always clicked on
the email link or called the number on my website to discuss the property MrK called me to confirm our appointment on October and I had not received an email from my portal due to the glitch, it simply added it to a cue with no notification to me Because of this error, I rearranged my schedule to accommodate the date MrK was in town; although, my schedule was already over booked My assistant was unable to attend the inspection with me and was to return with me later to help measure the unique shaped property; however, he was injured on October 9th and has been in a cast since and unable to work so I have been attempting to complete the work of two people for over two months on jobs we had already accepted I also sent MrK to another service he needed in town as he is not familiar with the area The appraisal as per the contract was to be used only for estate tax purposes which will be filed in so at that time it was not needed as a rush MrK states that he called and emailed me several times after October of which I received voicemail and actual contact where we spoke I never received any other missed calls, voicemails, or emails from MrK and stated something must not have worked correctly instead of stating I find that hard to believe as I also checked my cell call log, spam filters, and junk mail When we spoke, I explained that this appraisal is intended only for tax purposes to be used by the attorneys and CPA's after MrK stated he was using it to negotiate a sale on this property I stated that it cannot and should not be used for that purpose and that we need to use another method to value the property for the negotiation of a sale MrK did not allow me to continue to try to solve this problem and to come up with a solution to solve both property valuation issues At the point he was no longer allowing me to speak to try to come to a resolution to the problem, I stopped talking and trying to offer an additional way, that I was going to complete for no charge, to give him the values that he needed on the property for both intended uses He has made no attempt to contact me since and because of his heated tone and not allowing me to get to the bottom of the problem and explain what needed to happen, I have not contacted him either If MrK would like to contact me and talk civilly to resolve this issue, I am more than willing to help, but when he became heated and angry, I was unable to get the answers from him that I needed to effectively solve his property valuation issues MrK has not paid any retainer fee or costs, so monetarily he is not out anything, but I am more than willing to work with him if we can discuss what he actually needs so that I can employ proper appraisal methods

Yet again the entire response is nothing but additional excuseWe had a contract to complete an appraisal by October and as of December it has not been completedHer website has glitches and she accommodated my schedule this is the minimum she should have doneI've been nothing but cordial to Ms M until the end of November when the appraisal was not completed and the excuses continued to rain inYes I became upset and rightfully so since the work was a month past due and to the best of my knowledge Ms M didn't make a single attempt to contact me to explain the delay or that she had questionsWhy not? The primary reason for the appraisal is for tax purposesshe says I'm not out anything how does she know this? The accountant needs the numbers to finish the estate taxes and wanted to get those complete prior to tax seasonThis is a multi million dollar estate and decisions need to be made based on many factors including the value of the propertyNow she seems to be making assumptions that the appraisal wasn't needed until the end of the year but estate taxes don,t have anything to do with the calendar year or the due date of personal taxesSo let's recap the work has not been completed and she has not made a single attempt to contact me with questions, explain any delays prior to the due date, nothing and now I have serious deadlines approachingThis has been nothing but a disaster from the beginning, very unprofessional, no customer serviceWhy isn't it complete and if you had questions why wasn't I contacted prior to me making contact in November?

Yet again I continue to get excusesIf she had questions why didn't she contact me October 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc? She has questions so her thought process is to not contact me but wait months until I contact her? Then she can"t understand why I would be upset! I got upset on the phone at the end of November only after I listened to excuses as to why the appraisal wasn't completedShe was unable to speak? She had plenty of time to give me excuses and that is when I got upset? What are the questions that she has? If she couldn't speak which is untruthful but let's play along why didn't she attempt to call me the next day, send a message via her website that sends me a daily text, send a email, write a letter, anything? What are the questions and when is the appraisal now nearly months past the due date going to be complete?
She did contact me New Years night which I have recorded and asked if I still needed the appraisal? UnbelievableIf I didn't need an appraisal why would I be going through this hassel? I felt that I better not call her back because I might raise my voice again so it's probably best to go through this forum

I have requested MrK to contact me three times since the beginning of December which he refuses to do and chooses to only communicate through the Revdex.com which between responses takes weeks for us both to receive back and forth which has now taken two months of trying to get answers I need to complete this assignment Due to MrK being unable to communicate with me without yelling and getting belligerent since the end of November as he states he is not able to do in his most recent response, being uncooperative with providing me necessary information to complete this report, and intending to use the appraisal report for purposes not listed within the intended use and scope of work of the assignment; I am terminating my agreement to provide this appraisal assignment at the advice of my attorney which he will be receiving via USPS mail Per my contract, if I am unable to provide the appraisal report for any reason I will return the retainer fee paid at the time of inspection of which there was no retainer fee paid to me at any time during this contract
