I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Since I posted an unsatisfactory review on this company's Facebook page the owner of the business has since posted insulting comments about me and my character and has even posted publicly on his personal *** page to go his business page to post reviews and called me a nasty woman and suggested people post rebuttals to my review to discredit meI have screen shots as proof to thisI have received harassing comments from these people which I also have screen shots ofAll I wanted was a refund and an apologyHad the company been accommodating and respectful I would have removed my review and possibly continued recommending themHowever after seeing how they treat customers with bad experiences, I am not satisfied with the lack of resolution offered by this companyYes the payment was made by a friend of mine however she is disabled and I take responsibility in assisting her with issuesThe work was to be completed on my property and that is why I am involvedThe nature of of how this was handled by this company is completely unprofessional and I have the right to share my story with whomever I choose to share my experience withThe owner is the one who escalated this situation when he could have resolved this peacefully up frontSince when is a company entitled to retaliate on customers and bully Regards, *** ***

We contacted the customer on 3/16/to follow up on the two jobs that we had performed for him in January and March of in order to make sure that he was still satisfied with the service and the workDuring this phone call the customer stated that he had a sink hole in his front
yard, and that he had a roofing issue, and we asked him if he would like us to come out and take a lookHe said yes, and we sent our plumbing and roofing expert out to meet with him that dayHe was given a fixed price quote before proceeding with eachHe approved bothThe sink hole required digging with an excavatorHe gave us a depositWe returned days later after obtaining clearance from underground utilitiesWe performed the task and fixed his sink holeThis is a repeat customer who knows we provide flat rate fixed cost pricingHe complained about the price after the task was performed and wanted the job broken down by material, labor and other internal costsThat is not our policy

The owner met with this customer in October and came up with a punch list of items to be completed based on the customer's wishesThe punch list was to be performed in the spring of because the cold temperatures of fall would not suit the painting that was neededNow that spring has
arrived, the customer no longer wants us to perform the work so that she may avoid paying the bill once the previously agreed upon work is completeRather than argue further, we told the customer that we will not complete the punch list, as requested, nor will we attempt to receive payment for the work that we completed in October

In regards to complaint ***, we incorrectly stated that we had not deposited the service fee for this customerWe have since found that this was an error and we had in fact deposited itWe will be sending a refund for the service fee Joe *** Pink Rose Home Service

This is Joe B*** the owner of Pink Rose Home ServiceI called this lady a few days ago to resolve this and she hasn't returned my voice mailMy understanding is she wanted a price reduction as well as a refund of our one year membership which she purchased and allowed her to receive a 15%
discount on the price, as well as the use of over in member only coupons toward this job, My understanding is we gave her a quote, she approved it without a deposit and we scheduled the job two weeks laterThen, after we performed the work, admirably, I should add, she felt we weren't there long enough and thought she paid too muchShe expressed her a concern with our installer after the job was done and also called the officeThe price for our jobs are task drivenIn order to paint the roof fascia, the gutters need to be moved out of the wayWhether they were moved up or taken down and reattached has no bearing on the price because it is a fixed price for the task(ie: painting fascia)Had the reverse happened (If we thought they could be flipped up, but it turned out that they needed to be taken down) the price would have remained the same and not gone upThis customer purchased a one year Pink Rose Bouquet Membership plan for $which gave her 15% off and $in exclusive "member only" couponsWe explained that the price was a fixed task driven priceBut she wouldn't relent and wanted off and a refund of her one year membershipWe explained that cancelling the membership would raise the price 15% to the non-member price and she couldn't use the member only coupons eitherWhen the customer continued to insist on a refund, we decided to refund and cancel her membership but kept the price of the jobSo she received plus tax and still saved 15% and $in member only coupons even though she did not pay for a membership. On the advice of the Revdex.com, I remained open to resolving this claim directly with the business. They did indeed contact me, and their final offer was not to charge me for any completed work. I was thrilled because I only asked for a price reduction. However, their response states that I was trying to avoid payment. This is completely untrue. Again, I was willing to pay for a partial bill. I’m considering this claim settled, because I don’t want to deal with any more confrontation or court threats. Thank you for assistance.
