Review: I ate at this restaurant today and had the worst service I have ever had at a Red Lobster. We only seen our waitress when she took our order, delivered the food, and to take care of the check. After looking at the check and paying with my visa like I usually do, she came back with the receipt which showed that she automatically charged gratuity of 15 percent which I didnt feel was deserving. Keep in mind that It was a table for 2, and at no time did she say that they automatically charged for gratuity or do I remember seeing it on the menu. I see this as shady business practices at best.Desired Settlement: Im not looking for a settlement. I just want others to be aware of these shady business practices and maybe get enough attention for them to change their policy on this.
