First I would like to state that the person filing this complaint DID NOT contact us about any problem, and I have the proof that she did not.Second I would like to state that she asked for a color that was not easy to maintain and was costly to keep up with, when she pointed out that the cost was
getting to be too much, she was offered a color that was closer to her natural colorShe accepted this course and stated she was very happy with it and requested a follow up appointment.It was only after it was brought to our attention by another client that we became aware that she was unsatisfiedAnd we still made a good faith effort to reach out to her and see if she was unhappy.I am enclosing the following documents.....A copy of our framed sign that sets next to the door stating all the ways to contact us with concerns.A copy of the sign that hangs on our front door with our refund policy clearly stated on it.A copy of her signed chemical release form, that clearly states her directions for care of her color.A copy of the contact we attempted to make with her after we became aware that she was unhappy, and her response.A copy of the proof that she had no intentions of speaking with us directly about this problem and her threats to go directly to the Revdex.com.And finally a copy of the picture of her when she left our salon and a picture of her after her visit to another salonAs you will clearly see, it was not a corrective color but a make over she was going in for.I will not be issuing *** *** any refund and I will not be reimbursing her any money for her make overShe made no attempt to come to me, the owner, with her complaintWe would have been happy to alter her service to make her happy if she would have communicated with us directly.Thank You, Faye H.owner
