Dare to Care

I was told I would be paying $265.00 for 2 hours of work on my daughter's car. I later found out that didn't even include parts. Which comes out to $132.50/ hr for labor. My car has still not been touched, and I am highly confused as to how they know how long it took them to fix it when they haven't even fixed it yet. When I asked about these issues I was told it is $100/hr for labor. In MY calculator I should only be paying $200! As for the additional being tax, as far as I have been told by OTHER honest business in the area, you can't tax labor. So I feel I have been severely ripped off and I feel the need to warn other hardworking single moms so they don't get ripped off as well!
