Per our custom care call the rep advised that they could refund you the clips portion or send a new product with clips as requested but the other purchase must be returned and sent back, per the call you then stated that was fine but you didn't want to pay
for shippingYou were then advised we will reimburse shipment costYou said ok.
A full refund was never discussed or the situation would of been addressed and fully handledPlease contact our office for proper service
My experience with Dare to Have Hair was not pleasantI ordered hair and I was not pleased with what I receivedI quickly filled out there return form onlineI filled it out twice before they finally sent me an email about a month laterWhen they sent the email it said my return was processedI waited a couple weeks and I noticed that the money did not credit back into my account so I calledWhen I called they told me that my return was not processedI didn't understand because they clearly sent me an email saying it wasI ended getting the run around, calling different people, not getting any calls backLong story short they have really bad customer service and they were not willing to work with me to find a solution
Hi we updated our server and didn't delete anyone's Acct. However we have a toll free 800 number and ce via email that will respond to our customers within 24 hrs.
We noticed above that you stated that your stylist colored the item....
Unfortunately once a chemical processes done we cannot refund or except the product back. We can't vouch for what was done on the product.

Response to complaint: The purchase that was selected states in category, description, and home search "Individual bundles" which mean the purchase is a individual purchase. There is also a note at the top of the page that goes into more detail that this type of purchase is...
sold one per purchase (meaning individually). The purchase has a option to select the quantity, if more than one is needed. We explain this to the customer in detail. For her issue and for her confusion we also offer her a complementary discount. However, because she has had the product more than 7 days after purchase and shipment it is against our policy to exchange or refund the product. This information is also heavily noted on the website and was explained to the customer. The picture is a display to show recommended amount needed which is noted via FAQ and per page selection under that type of purchase. We have another option via website which is called Bundle Deal's which comes with more than one piece of hair and is a bundle package deal. We advise the customer of this as well and that option is on the web site. When typing in the product the customer was searching for that option also comes up as a selection so customers have detailed options. Thank you, [redacted]
