I am in receipt of complaint ID *** and I have
reached out to the customer *** ***. I have went and reviewed the email transcripts and it appears there was an interruption in communication which I have addressed with our customer service team. I have located correspondences from the customer and it seems the last one was not responded to. I have reached out to the customer on 01/24/and apologized for this interruption.
Upon investigating the situation I have learned that *** has purchased the candle lamps roughly years ago from a Jo-Ann Stores. Darice is the wholesaler that provides products to our retail customers. Any purchases from the end user customer must be handled directly in the store or purchase. *** advised me the local store was over an hour away and I did advise there is no warranty on the product that Darice the wholesaler provides.
In an attempt to satisfy the customer I have offered to send similar replacements along with a set of replacement bulbs. I did advise *** that the item she purchased from the retailer is not currently in stock. If you have any questions or request additional information please do not hesitate to contact me.
