This company is THE WORST I had a loan application in for MONTHS to refinance my student loans I applied 11/22/It is now 3/23/and I have not heard anything I have called and emailed numerous times to try to find out when I would even get a quote for a rate and was told it was in "underwriting" each time It's like talking to a brick wall There was no end in sightI just called and cancelled my application todayI have excellent credit (around score) make good money and it seems that they just don't care about customers I went with one of their competitors!! Don't even bother applying for a loan here
This company is THE WORST. I had a loan application in for 4 MONTHS to refinance my student loans. I applied 11/22/15. It is now 3/23/16 and I have not heard anything. I have called and emailed numerous times to try to find out when I would even get a quote for a rate and was told it was in "underwriting" each time. It's like talking to a brick wall. There was no end in sight. I just called and cancelled my application today. I have excellent credit (around 800 score) make good money and it seems that they just don't care about customers. I went with one of their competitors!! Don't even bother applying for a loan here.
I asked them to cancel my student loan consolidation with them. They took 4 months to disburse the funds, and when they called to confirm, I asked them to cancel it. They canceled it in one system but not the other and then couldn't cancel the funds because "they were already batched and ready to go". They then said they'd get me the necessary documentation to initiate the refund once it goes through. Instead, they opened my account and expect me to pay. When I called to get the paperwork I need, they said "we don't have that, it comes from campusdoor (a 3rd party), and we can't get it from them. Why can't you initiate everything without this?" They had been on the call with me when [redacted] explained it to me.
I'm paying DRB for the loans now because it is a waste of my time to fix their mistake. But the way I was treated, I would not recommend anyone work with them.
