We first engaged Darius Construction for a wide variety of relatively small jobs, including plumbing and installation. Impressed with his careful work and excellent results, we immediately hired him for a major project, replacing and repairing a substantial amount of exterior wood trim that had been damaged by dry rot. Our house painter later remarked that he did an exceptionally through, high-quality job.
For all these projects, he worked extremely hard, and maintained constant communication to ensure that the work was done according to our preferences.
Finally, Darius was always concious of cost, and routinely presented potential options so that we were aware of the trade-offs between cost and quality. He delivered extremely detailed invoices together with copies of all receipts for materials.

Darius Construction was the general contractor on my recent kitchen remodel, and I can not recommend him enough. This is not the first project I've done with him, but it is the biggest. As with other projects, he demonstrated a strong work ethic. He always arrived when he said he would, the project was on schedule and within budget, and he worked hard to ensure high-quality results. Darius accepted a number of change orders and was very upfront about additional costs. Besides being extremely accountable, he can also be creative in reusing and repurposing products, keeping costs low and reducing waste in the landfill. I have, and will continue to recommend him again and again.

We engaged Darius Construction to do dry rot repair on the fascia board along the roof of the house. The labor involved with this repair was more extensive that we had imagined and we were very concerned about the appearance of the finished job. We could not have been more pleased with Darius work. We especially appreciated the time he took to show us numerous photos of similar projects so that we could visualize the process and the finished work.
