Paid for product and shipping and handling and have not received the product 4 months later
On 03/11/2019 I order 2 cookbooks from Darius Cooks TV.com for $49.60. On 05/01/2019 I received a delivery email stating the books were delivered to Atlanta XXXXX zip code and emailed ***@dariuscooks.com to inquire about the issue. I did not receive a response. On 05/14/2019 I sent a follow up email and received no response. On 05/26/2019 I commented on one of Darius Williams' videos on Facebook requesting assistance and he asked for my order number which I provided (#XXXXX). After I didn't hear from him I emailed again on 05/28/2019 requesting a refund and received a response 7 hours later saying the address was a bad address. I provided a different address at his request, and on 06/04/2019, I received The Vegan but with Soul cookbook in the mail (USPS) packaging. I emailed on 06/05/2019 to notify Darius that I'd only received one of the cookbooks. I received no reply, so I emailed again on 7/05/2019 requesting confirmation that the other cookbook Stories from My Grandmothers Kitchen had been shipped. I did not receive a response to that one either. On 07/11/2019, I posted a request for resolution in the comments underneath 5-7 of his recent posts, and he instantly blocked me.

I placed an order for a vegan cookbook on 03/04/2019. It is now almost June and I have not received shipment.
I placed an order from Darius for my vegan cookbook on 3/4/19 with my debit card at his website *** I paid $42.99 and I have not received my shipment. On 3/30/10 I received an email saying that shipment is on it's way. On 4/13/19 it stated that it had been delivered and this was not true. I then checked the tracking number which states that it is currently still in GA. The tracking number is XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. I have sent 4 emails 3/18/19, 3/30/19, 4/23/19 and 5/3/19 and still have yet to receive a response. The only email that I received after each one stated please allow 24-48 hours for a response. I want my book or I want a refund.

On November 18, 2018 I went online and order a cookbook (101 Recipes for Your Holiday Table - Order #XXXXX) for $24.50, the monies was debited from my account the next day. I never recieved my order. After making numerous attempts to contact Mr. Cooke via email/Facebook, inquiring about my order, I only got promises that they would make contact with me within 24 to 48 hours, that never happened. I then requested a refund and that never happened.

I placed order for the cookbook back on 11/18/2018. I was so excited to be able to purchase his book at his holiday rate because I am unemployed and was using some of my saved money to be able to cook delicious meals for my family. I expressed to Mr. Cook how important it was buying the book and how disappointing it was to not have received the book or anything from his company on top of the promises it will arrive just in time for Thanksgiving. I received confirmation my order has been placed next day and Thanksgiving rolls around no book no correspondence nothing so Im like ok I better get it by Xmas because the meals he send via email has turned out to be pretty tasty. I did a followup email December 2 asking for the status of the book along with complaint. He has this auto response system that say we will respond within 24-48 hrs. I got a generic reply on 12/4 your order is out for delivery and then right after that email another email it was delivered. So I run to my door and nothing so I immediately respond with a very lengthy email no it was not and to please review delivery. I also asked a lot of question regards to tardiness and customer service and why haven't I received a response from previous emails that it never was delivered. Then he responded on 12/10 I ran your tracking number and it was delivered on 12/4 but its obvious he never read any of my emails because I have been emailing since Thanksgiving. So not only didn't he honor his promise of receiving it by thanksgiving he also didn't acknowledge his faults as a business owner. He then send a generic email on 1/6 about how much he spends for his staff and apologized for his team because they didn't read my emails but again he never said anything about my book or refunded my money. I have sent a total of 7 emails to him and/or whom is in charge of this part of the job and nothing. I have begged him via email to be mindful and respond because I will not be emailing anymore I will be reported him.
