Dark Horse Computer Repair

I am rejecting this response because: I REJECT THAT response because it is and riddled with liesI can provide my cell records and facebook messages that say contrayDan [redacted] is a known drug user he didn't even know where his Loaner computer wasWE have other computers in the house if I needed a computerIt is true dan left a loaner computer with me when he took my original computer which he made several alterations toI may add that the alterations were non professional and sloppyso sloppy in fact the charger port wabbles and he added puddy ball feet to bottom of computer which I didn't ask forHE had taken that computer on multiple occasions and we never had a issueWAS STANDARD charge for Dans work cuz his repairs were made to same original repair on multiple occasionMy moms computer was not in bad repair as it was sold to my mother from pawn America, and serviced by a REAL computer tech before saleThe repair dan was doing to my mothers computer was to strip it down (because it was previously owned) and return it with windows 10, and malware, and cleaning programsI spoke with Dan on several occasion when he said he couldn't get the job doneWhen I told him to completely strip it, I thought my directive was clearHe finally did do as I said, then the computer was readyIn previous finished computer repairs he would call or text and return it to my doorDAN did not I contacted him on several occasions for return of computerIn recent march he finally respondedStating he loaned it to a client....AND THEY pawned itIt is my belief after speaking with a few of Dans other customers Dan has a drug issue and mostly pawned it himselfI am looking into that issue currentlyIs clear that if in past Dan would service and return items to my door, I would exspect same nowIs not true I liked the loaner he leftWhen Dan p/u my moms computer he dropped off my computer in working order, it still works...I said to him "don't u want this other computer?" he responded "i will pick it up when I drop your moms off, this shouldn't take long" after that we had several conversations and then he finally did what I told him....he stripped all programsDans work is obvious by looking at my old computer and mouse which on one of his repairs his ferret chewed and he didn't offer to replaceBut with that being said I contacted Dan on several occasions to get the computer backmarch he had a "plan" to get the computer backHe asked me if I had the loaner not knowing where he'd left itHe responded he needed that to get my moms computerThat tells me he knows exactly where my moms computer is-CUZ he pawned itI told police I had the loaner, isn't a secretI use my sons computer or cindy's if I need backup computerDan is being less then truthfulI like my old computer and loggins will attest to the fact I didn't even use his loanerwe have always had in our homeI JUST purchased my son a new one so we have laptops all workingI see no resolution in Mr Clevelands response,and as a business he needs a work lien on my MOMS computer (isn't mine) he could have contacted my mom on the matter but he did notIF his intent was to get rid of it he should have said that and his dates are off because he had health related issues that prevented him from finishing the projectSo time isn't the issue, the issue is HE PAWNED my MOMS computer and as a business man he knows he was wrongso as I said I reject this response as it is and if that were the case he should have responded to the police officer on the occasions the officer calledHe has worked up a response now that is incorrectNotice there is no apology or effort to COME to my home to get the $$Cuz it is untrueI don't drive so dan knows this is always been his pattern in his past (fix, return get paid)I will continue to pursue this matterIf u need officers info I am happy to respond with thatI think another issue here is lack of professionalism when I asked several times for computer back I was met with silencewhen I pursued it....he unfriended me on facebook and responded weeks later, at no point did he say the computer was out of his possessionHe shouldn't be loaning out other peoples propertyIs my moms computer NOT mine, so his attacks on me aren't valid Thank you

On October 5th I picked up the computer from [redacted] She said it was her mother's computer so I left a loaner computer for her motherI texted her on Oct29th telling her I was finishing up the repair Three days later I texted her again asking why she had not responded Up to this point I had considered us to be friends I informed her at that time that the repair was $40, in spite of the fact that I drive to her residence to piand deliver all the repairs I have done for her This computer was so damaged I had to wipe all information on the hard drive and completely rebuild everything, so anyone else would have charged her a lot more! I heard nothing from her until March 1st! She said she had the money and wanted the computer back I now know why she wanted it back: she had been using the loaner for herself instead of giving it to her mom She wasn't even using her own computer because she liked the loaner better She used it so much it was broken! I was on the phone with her trying to resolve the issue when she exploded and refused to listen to meShe called the police and the Revdex.com I responded to the police once and they have not contacted me again about the matter If you need more information please contact me again I am VERY slow responding because my mother broke her hip again over months ago and I have had to turn away all computer repairs in order to take care of her [redacted] still has the loaner computer
