to the application approval process. As a team we have already gone through additional training regarding the entire process so that instances like this will not occur going forward. We informed Ms. [redacted] about the additional deposit which was stated in our rental criteria that see signed. She was also going to bringing a pet which was an additional $500 deposit which we told her we would make payment arrangements.  We are more than willing to refund  $300 to Ms. [redacted] as a customer service effort. Please let me know if there is anything else needed.
