The funds were deducted from our account on the date shown on the documents we forwarded previously.
Our bank suggested the Complainer perform their due diligence and contact their bank to resolve the issue.
The issue is with their bank and not with us.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: We appreciate that Jason and Alia have stated that they refunded our money, but while they claim they have refunded our money, it is not in our possession. I copied our bank statement and emailed that to Darling Press to show that while they may have deposited the refund into an account it was not ours. They mailed a copy of the check that was generated and addressed to [redacted], but we do not have a hard copy of the check in the mail and our bank, Columbia Bank shows no deposits from them this month and no pending deposits. Given that Darling Press has had issues with their bank, per their own statement, I urge them to talk to their bank to find out where this money went and why there is no record of it with our bank.Sincerely,[redacted]
