Although the complaint indicates it was filed on September 18, it was not received at Darn Tough until October 19, and I did not see it until October 23rd due to being away for vacation. Darn Tough has a very generous Unconditional Lifetime Warranty, which covers shipping the replacement socks
back to the customer. With the standard proof of delivery at the requested address, along with shipping weight verifications indicating the replacement socks were in the package, we suggest the customer contact their local post office to report the theft/loss. As a gesture of goodwill, we will send another pair of replacement socks to the customer, trusting this will satisfy them
