I had a verbal/text agreement with *** January 5, 2018 to make a cake for my son's high school graduation party and gave a deposit of $ 150 May 12, 2018 by email money transfer. *** requested to have the balance $150 paid one week before I pick up the cake. I did not agree with her balance policy and requested to have my deposit $150 returned today June 11, 2018. *** refused to return my deposit and I would like to know my rights to retrieve this money. *** Cake Design is no longer registered according to the Ministry of Government which I contacted today. *** cake business was registered from 2012 to 2017.
