The customer has been contracted and serviced by NWS since As service increases and decreases through the seasons the rate will fluctuate with those changes. There was never any conversation regarding a credit, in fact the customer was also never charged for returned checks. The
only extra charge ever applied to the account was when the customer called for an extra pickup, which was paid.All of our service agreements are printed with all terms on the front with nothing hidden on the backWhich is clearly evident by the customers own attachments to this complaint. The agreement states the frequency of service with an agreed upon rate, which the customer signed and says "SERVICE AGREEMENT" at the topThere is no mention of a credit anywhere on this document.It's obvious that from prior conversations that the customer has been solicited by a competitor and is now trying to renege on a valid service agreement.As far as never entering into an agreement.
