we got a Washer & Dryer Set From Here on 7-5-it is a whirlpool set it works great they guy that helped us was name jason he is the owner really nice guy and gave us a great deal it was delivered & installed the next day ,we will be going back to buy a stove and fridge in a few mths , great people and nice appliances , A+ thanks again

I am rejecting this response because:This complaint is completely and a misrepresentation of our business arrangement My nephews roommate worked for Mr*** and he negotiated the price however I spoke with Mr*** personally and finalized the appliances and the price, upon delivery the washing mashing never worked and he kept sending my nephews roommate to repair the machine which he drug out for weeks and never repaired Mr*** promised me a different repairman with thirty years experience was going to come and repair my machine but he never appeared I never once cursed Mr*** or harrassed his wife, I only ask her to please talk to him when he told me to get screwed and he wasn't going to honor the warrenty,however I was scared to complain personally in his shop since he walked around with two pistals strapped to his side (ne needs it for all the people he screws over) and his employee also had two pistals strapped to his side in a threatening postureMy nephews roommate delivered and set up the appliance so I know he never said any such thing about drugs and Mr*** is trying to further lie and tarnish the character of people he has cheated out of moneyThe old saying goes a warrenty is only as good as the man that offers it and in this case it is not worth the paper it is written on just as Mr*** is himself This man is not to be trusted and is a burden to society

parts (always something different) for Ms.D's Washing MachineMs.D Called and harassed me numerous times, verbally assaulted me (cursing included) which warranty states voids the warrantyMsD also made verbal THREATS towards me, I have this recorded for referenceMsD's Elderly mother also made verbal threats to me, after I offered to replace the washing machine upon return of the $in parts her nephew took to fix the numerous (supposed) problems with washing machine( Her nephew was fired from my company) MsD also contacted my wife who has no association with my company through social media and harassed her from multiple facebook accountsEach time my wife blocked an account she continued to harass her from different account(my wife has a full time job, again, she is not associated with my company) My wife also has these messages saved for referenceI never said anything about her being a Disabled Veteran, My wife's father faught and died from injury's he sustained in the Vietnam war, as well as my grandfather and I give money to veterans and my wife volunteers for daughters and sons of disabled veterans, so I have full respect for anyone who fought and is disabled for defending our country and I feel extremely disrespected for someone saying I would ever say such a thing. MsD received over $of appliances at a discounted rate (because she was a disabled veteran) She paid 1100.00, Deal was for with delivery, and set upHer Nephew was supposed to pay us remaining $out of his checkbut was fired before that happened( He was fired for being high on drugs every time he came in) MsD had a lot of drug paraphilia laying around the house, the smell of Marijuana was very strong when my employees delivered the appliances. Since Ms.D verbally assaulted and threatened myself, per warranty that she signed her appliance warranty is null and void. They still have over $in parts that has yet to be returned to my company. *** ***Owner
We purchased a whole kitchen set from this company about a year ago, We are still extremely happy with them and the way they do businessI have referred many people to them and every single person has been happyHe does his best to make sure his customers are happy and his appliances work to the best of their ability! Will DEFINITLY do business with them in the future!
