Deb, who works in this office was completely rude and disrespectful when I tried to get my belongings out of my vehicleMy vehicle was towed to this location after being in an accidentLess than hours after the accident we went to get my belongingsNot only would she not allow us to do so, she then came out to the vehicle we were in and started talking at us in a very loud tone about the situationI was trying to contact my insurance company as she was requesting however she continued trying to argue with us for no reasonThis was extremely unprofessional and is not a behavior that should be tolerated
