We had a fantastic experience with this CompanyWe fired another Company with an F rating on Revdex.com and hired this Company to finish what we started, and we couldn't be happier! Fantastic work and fantastic warrantyEmployees are extremely thoughtful and respectful to your needsHighly recommend this Company above all others
I signed a contract with Darrahs for a backyard fence and gave them a $deposit on 10/30/ Darrahs agreed to start the project the week of 11/13/and complete the project within weeks
On 12/I e-mailed Darrahs asking for any sort of communication as we had had none and the project was already overdue
On 12/23/I e-mailed again having received no information about the project; Darrahs responded "I will have you taken care of....I will keep you informed"
On 1/11/Darrahs called and said we would be getting a cashier's check on 1/8/2018; we did not receive a check nor any communication aas to why not On 1/15/Darrahs responded "We should receive our refund tomorrow I was expecting it last week As soon as I receive ckI will hand deliver refund My apologies for delay."
On 1/29/I e-mailed asking for our refund immediately
On 2/5/Darrahs e-mailed "guaranteed full refund direct deposit on February 10, Certified check will

Calls from me, not answered, emails from me not responded to also the pool company has tried to get him to come & remove the stumps.Nothing! I hired Darra's to put up a vinyl fence and a retaining wall on 11/27/He took 1/deposit ($6200) at that timeSaid it would take about a week to get both doneThen MrDarra disappearedI called in January to see what was going on and he called back and apologized and said would get right to the wall and fence once ground thawedWell come April, I have to contact MrDarra againThis phone tag went on until mid-late June when the wall finally was startedIt seemed he always had excusesAs stated earlier, wall was supposed to take daysIt must have taken two weeks because they would come to work for a day and then not be seen for a few daysMeanwhile dirt from the work was killing my grassWall was finally completed mid-July and MrDarra contacted me to see if I wanted him to start the fenceAt that point, my frustration with him and his company had peakedI told him I did not want the fence done and asked for a refund on the difference between the 50% deposit a
