Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 6, 2015/07/21) */ This customers Ford Truck was repaired in our shop in Nov of On the day the customer picked up his vehicle he was rude and disruptive to the front office staff and the Nationwide representative on site at our facility had to come out to deal with him at that timeAfter more than mins of his careful inspection, the customer took his truck and left our shopWe have heard nothing from this customer until last week (July week) customer came in to our office once again being rude and disorderly stating that we had not repaired his truck properly after more than months had passedOur manager/owner advised the customer that he would need to contact his insurance company and if they felt anything was not repaired properly, they would let us know at that time customer was using foul language and very rude and hard to deal with and we advised that we could not do anything to resolve this situation without his contacting the insurance company as we felt nothing was done from our repairs from months priorThe bumper appeared to have had new or fresh damage to it as it was pushed down & dislocated from the front as it should have beenIn our professional opinion, truck appears to have had additional damage since our repairs were completed

to deal with him at that time. After more than 30 mins of his careful inspection, the customer took his truck and left our shop. We have heard nothing from this customer until last week (July 6 week) customer came in to our office once again being rude and disorderly stating that we had not repaired his truck properly after more than 7 months had passed. Our manager/owner advised the customer that he would need to contact his insurance company and if they felt anything was not repaired properly, they would let us know at that time.
